These Terms of Use govern access to the Anam Industries website and any enquiry, RFQ, or order placed through it. By using this site you agree to provide accurate company and contact details when requesting a quotation.

All panel specifications shown are indicative; every PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, starter, and enclosure is custom-engineered to the final agreed drawing and Bill of Quantities signed off before production begins.

Product images and videos represent typical builds from our Bhuj, Gujarat facility. Actual internal layout, component brands, and finish may vary based on your final specification and component availability at order time.

Anam Industries reserves the right to update pricing, lead times, and specifications without prior notice; confirmed orders are governed by the specific commercial quotation and purchase order, not by this website.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit through RFQ forms, WhatsApp enquiries, and the contact page — typically name, company, phone number, email, and product requirement — solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.

We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties. Information may be shared internally with our sales and engineering team to prepare accurate technical proposals.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to support your project and after-sales requirements. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time by emailing info@anamindustries.com.

Disclaimer

Anam Industries manufactures and exports industrial and agricultural electrical control panels. Installation, commissioning, and electrical safety compliance at the buyer's site remain the responsibility of a licensed electrical contractor engaged by the buyer.

Voltage, current, enclosure, and compliance figures listed on product pages are standard ranges; final ratings are confirmed on the technical drawing issued before manufacturing.

Anam Industries is not liable for damage arising from panel modification, incorrect site wiring, or use outside the agreed operating parameters by parties other than Anam Industries.

Quality Assurance Policy

Every panel is fabricated in-house at our Bhuj, Gujarat (GIDC) facility under our ISO 9001 quality management system, covering incoming material inspection, in-process fabrication checks, and final testing before dispatch.

Standard pre-dispatch checks include high-voltage insulation testing, continuity and torque-check of all busbar and wiring connections, functional testing of protection devices, and visual/dimensional inspection against the approved drawing.

A test certificate is issued with every panel on request, referencing the specific order and drawing number.

Warranty & Returns

Anam Industries panels carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of dispatch, covering fabrication, internal wiring, and busbar workmanship under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover bought-out components (MCCB, relays, PLC modules, meters) beyond their respective OEM warranty terms, nor damage from incorrect installation, overloading beyond rated capacity, or unauthorised modification.

As every panel is custom-built to order, standard stock returns do not apply; any post-dispatch correction is handled case-by-case through our after-sales team on info@anamindustries.com.
